Yaa it's true, even people at the age group of 50 who consider themselves to be young and are hale and hearty can also be considered the Youth as They are the Ones who have discovered the True Essence of Youth and Youthfullness which springs out from the Heart and not from the Body....................

Though the Body does become Old yet the Heart can never become Old...............

You can condition and Nourish it to remain as Youthful as You want it to be Or Age it beyond the actual Age that You ever want it to ever be.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!
